- Paris Hilton & Al Sharpton on 'SNL'
The Rev. Al Sharpton hosted "Saturday Night Live" last night, but it was Paris Hilton who got the biggest laughs.
The hotel heiress made a brief appearance on the "Weekend Update" segment that was full of double entendres about her X-rated video scandal.
"Is it hard to get into the Paris Hilton?" SNL-er Jimmy Fallon asked. "Actually, it's a very exclusive hotel - no matter what you've heard," she answered.
"Do they allow double occupancy at the Paris Hilton?" Fallon pressed. "Is the Paris Hilton roomy?"
Hilton gamely went along with the gag.
"It might be for you," she said politely. "But most people find it very comfortable."
Hilton's bit was the high point of the show, although Sharpton showed he had a few smooth moves.
The opening monologue paired the presidential candidate, sporting a conservative suit and hairstyle, with "SNL" cast member Tracy Morgan dressed as the "old" Rev. Al.
Wearing a purple and aqua velour sweatsuit, gravity-defying pompadour and gold medallion, Morgan teased Sharpton about his more recent buttoned-down look.
"Just because I don't wear flashy suits and gold medallions don't mean I can't get down," Sharpton shot back.
Then he belted out the James Brown song, "I Feel Good," displaying a few dance moves that would put the Godfather of Soul to shame.
Another skit featured Sharpton as one of the biblical three wise men following a star to Bethlehem who get hassled by a white cop.
He also took part in two sendups of Michael Jackson, who helped him co-host a music summit last year before being hit with kiddie-sex charges. He played lawyer Johnnie Cochran in one skit and Jackson's father, Joe, in a second.
"If my son was a pedophile, I'd beat him with my belt," he quipped.
